Calendula is a gentle yet powerful herb known for its excellent anti-inflammatory properties, making it especially helpful for soothing irritated skin and supporting wound healing. Steeping Instructions:
– 1 teaspoon per 8 oz water
– Steep at 205° for 10-15 minutes
